About Me
Maya Griggs is a senior at Bond County Community Unit 2 High School. She is a member of the Comet Band, where she plays the clarinet, and she also contributes to the yearbook. This past summer, she took a CNA class through Kaskaskia College and earned her CPR certification. She now holds her CNA license. After high school, Maya plans to pursue a career in nursing. By the end of her college journey, she hopes to become a nurse practitioner and eventually open her own practice. She plans to attend SIUE and study to become a nurse practitioner in the fall. After the CEO program, she aims to have developed strong communication skills, allowing her to feel more confident when speaking with others.
